Can I ask what if any discount they did on this one?
Can't wait to see pics, anyway - please do post some.
"Buy it, buy it, buy it ..."
We are helping, honest. It's a wonderful watch.
I have no difficulty understanding that as I bought mine in SC too; love it.
Can only agree. If they're monitoring the reviews and online comments etc, as surely someone is, then they must realise this now. It's been a very common observation.
I also thought it improper to lump the watch in with overt 'homage' watches when the El Primero powered the Daytona for, what, 12 years. That seems to me to put it in a completely different category...
As a Zenith fan, and a fan of this watch, I started off being delighted by its reception but now fear that it'll be so popular it won't be discounted ...
(There are a few 0% APR deals out there,...
I had high hopes that you'd be the first to crack and land one Martyn and that we'd therefore get a trusted TZ review soon. I think it's the penance that you owe to Zenith for (as I recall?) selling...

(I think I must have abnormally reactive wrists - I honestly adjust my bracelet / strap several times a day. I can only envy those of more stable girth ...)
El Primero 3600 calibre; 36,000 vph / 5hz
314 parts
hacking seconds
quick-set date function
60-hr power reserve
lateral clutch
clear caseback
41mm wide
13.6mm thick
lug-to-lug 46.6mm
Mine too, exactly that. I can't put my finger on why I so prefer the white-dial of the Daytona and the black-dial of the Chrono Sport. Perhaps someone more aesthetically literate can explain.

I wish this didn't have PCLs personally, partly as I simply prefer the all-brushed aesthetic - PCLs on what is at least notionally a sports watch make no sense to me - and partly since it would make...
I think you're right Martyn. That would certainly help, though quick-adjust is my ideal.

I logged on to start a thread about this so it's pleasing that it's generated this interest.
I agree with much of what's been said above. Probably no.1 on my wishlist now, and I'll be hoping for...
