Drool. Total drool.
So, you buy a watch, and then having bought it, you get home and find it on ebay for x% less.
You phone the watch shop back up and say, "either me the difference back, or have the watch back"....
Hello all, my Sinn 556 of 2008 has finally started to lose time and it's in dire need of a service.
Given that the cost to send back to Sinn is prohibitive and it being a simple ETA movement is...
There's a great looking dial in there somewhere. They just missed the spot though. Hope they do a tidy up like they did with the current explorer.
Close but no cigar !

... And women!
Fun article. Thanks for posting.
The lowest I'll accept.
I always respond the same way: "the maximum you can afford"...!
Shuts em up.
re-lume or not it's bad form not to offer a refund.
Can't believe that date window. Cheap.
+1 and not sure about the hands on the Explorer
I have read elsewhere that Sinn will put other Sinn parts (mostly hands) onto a new watch as part of a "custom build" and it was pretty low cost too. But, you'll have to ask them yourself!
I got the joke Blackadder!
The XV is slightly larger and just "better" to my eye... is that next on the list?
I'm no PilMil expert but the IWC Mark has to be the pilot watch above all others?
Great read - what the forum is all about...!
39mm is perfect for me too. How about the new Oyster 114300?
Is it cool - yes.
Would I wear it? I couldn't get away with it...!
Got to the the SD4000. The case for one, and the smaller size - it's a smasher.
But, to the point everyone makes... to most people, including the wife, they're just the same, so why pay more...
Welcome and great journey you've told...!
What size is it? Looks about right.
Until the 114300 is out I might look at these but they all seem to be 34mm..
It's 44mm with bezel, 42 without.
Fortis are a classic case of, if they could only reduce the case size and keep the non bezel watches under 40mm then I would be more interested.
The legibility...
No way is Paul's better then Ill Communication...!
NO WAY!
More pics please!

Put the sub of SC and book yourself a nice holiday!
They are too similar to have both... too much alike.
