thanks for the thoughtful & considerate replies this morning gents.
I'm leaning towards paying the deposit on a credit card & just getting it done.
Excellent Chris. When can you pop around to quote?
all the 'cheap' installs seem to be for people with small houses - like 15m of cabling from fusebox.

Its a Zappi & the cabling is a bit complicated.
32amps for a start :)
Supply + fit, yes.
Just wanted to canvas opinion here...
I've had a few quotes to install an EV charger for a Tesla I have on order.
A local company (1 man outfit) who was recommended on an EV forum came out to...
Here’s a rough list to get started - half the fun was almost researching what I needed to get it all to work. I’ve no affiliation with any of these people!
Cabinet
I went for this one on eBay...

added comments to your q's :)
Pandora's Box - not perfect emulation, but easy JAMMA & VGA connectivity. I'm already wondering whether a RPi might be a future upgrade.

London Pride is a supermarket 'go-to' buy, especially in the winter for me. Someone in work recommended TTL to me & I was also disappointed with it. Haven't re-bought.
Ambit 3 Peak Sapphire - built like a tank
I thought it was a fair amount of time, but 180 days seems pretty excessive, no?
I sold and bought a few times recently. Having the estate agents 'hassling' all parties (including solicitors) seemed to move everything along briskly.
Didn't seem out of the ordinary.
I've had great customer service from Alpkit with bits I've bought over the years.
I've had odds & sods replaced or sent FOC - tips to my Alpkit carbon sticks for example.
Ticket to Ride is a favourite in our house.
I also got Pandemic for Christmas, but to my shame, haven't had the chance/inclination to get it out.
kinda sounds like an incentive to me... :)
well done to OP & daughter!
think its a lot longer, maybe 90 days
that Bugatti is a rare find... not in a good way...
we enjoy our l-z-s, although its a fair bit of work keeping the water levels good and filters clean etc. I guess this is the same for any Spa or pool though.
I'd factor this in if properly lazy :)
