It came with an Omega box, some receipt...

The back and the chrome metal you see in the above pic are all one piece of metal. I guess the hands/dial need to come off, a bit beyond my tooling. Oh well!

I'm hoping someone can help me out here....I have this old Omega De Ville quartz that I would like to replace the battery for:

Well, almost myself, I had to get a watch maker to swap the dial/hands as I don't have a hand remover tool.

I will mention one thing: I had looked at almost 1000 pics of the 165.024 before actually holding and wearing one. It really showed me how different a watch can feel to how it looks in pictures!

Watchco in Australia recently listed a load of NOS Seamaster 300 parts so I decided to assemble a 165.024 Seamaster 300 from the available new parts and an old calibre 552.
