HAGWE!
I strongly suspect you're right about this - I first thought it looked like an omitted layer in the printing image, but lazy cheapskatery seems more likely. Some similar omissions on E9 and Tamar...
It's a bit of a 'DERP!' move not to have painted the part of the bridge supporting under the dial in the same colour as the dial rather than leaving it silver. I guess a decent watchmaker could mod...
Great looking watch, love it :encouragement:
Often fancied a Ventura, tho' what I'd actually wear is more at the (fat) Elvis end of the spectrum!

WTF is that about?! Hopefully whover drew the renders just forgot to merge a layer in the right order or summat - otherwise, as you say epic fail.
And TBF, I can't see the point of a white dial...
Glad you say that - that's part of your life history written on the crystal of that watch, be a damn shame to erase it. I can't even begin to imagine what it must have been like to live through...

Thanks. I do like the look. Not sure I own anything it could be paired with though...
That red one is :love-struck: :peach: :love_heart: :encouragement:
The black FKM arrived yesterday, lovely quality, heavier and thicker than either of the silicone straps, so also a mite stiffer and less comfortable, but not by any means uncomfortable. Feels like...
Watch + skin = perfect colour co-ordination! :icon_biggrin:
More detailed account of the company here up to 2018 (you may need to click-thru to see the whole article).
Their web domain ( henriduvoisin.com ) is still registered, but leads nowhere.
There's...
Now I DO like that :encouragement:
Love the look of the watch, but puzzled why the seconds-hand deletion?
Another question if I may: does the Forstner mesh have any 'stretch' to it? I've never handled one.
Worth the wait: Beautiful thing :encouragement:
I'd love to know exactly what Seiko mean when they talk about "Diashield", because from what I've seen and heard it can mean one of two quite different things across different models:
1. a...
You can't avoid the fact that not-bourgeois = cheap, and being France anything non-French is automatically excluded.
However this leaves you with at least two contenders that are pretty cool...
I also reported it, so I guess weight of numbers did what thiefbay wouldn't do...
