I love that watch. Tried one on in New York a while ago. Beautiful flecked dial and surprisingly slim for a GS. Really balanced dial design and perfect size.

Nice! A brown textured dial I see. I saw a Japan only model in the London Seiko Boutique, it was also 37mm and had an interesting linen dial....

Which model GS is that? Looks like a sbgr053 that I have but yours has a white date window?

I saw it yesterday in the Seiko Boutique in London, fairly dark green, goes nice with the gold. Apparently not selling as well as the sportier one with the steel bezel and yellow accents. The case...

Beautiful, great choice. Interestingly I noted that the hi beat gmt I have has the same case. The lugs wrap round the wrist really nicely.

That's lovely too! Interesting that the GMT wording is in a different font from mine. I wonder of the hand is blued to the same shade as well?

Nice, I like the case on that, some interesting curves and angles. Agree with you about the 6, I suppose it's because they have used a font with contracted height.

Great choice, such a versatile all rounder. I have the similarly styled GS SBGR053 and used to have a Seiko 5 too.

This CWC new to me, on the vintage 1981 British military strap. Case and profile is very nice and I like the ageing tritium. Yes the hand doesn't hit the markers, although it oddly corrects itself...
