Congratulations, I saw your Want to Buy which I think had a photo of mine to show what you wanted. It is a lovely watch, I think it wears more like 42mm with the curved lugs. I'd agree with the...
Both are lovely, I really like the dark vintage lume on that 1980.
Congratulations, I've had mine since new in 2018 and it is a keeper. Such a versatile watch with the bracelet, straps or Nato.
Sorry if you already know this......... Parcel Force operate in a very old-fashioned way. The parcel will likely clear customs tomorrow (they have never cleared a parcel of mine on a weekend), then...
I saw this posted in the Friday thread and did wonder, as I have the "original" Steeldive 1982 homage to the H2O Kalmar. You are right the Steeldive has the 10miles design for the dial and the insert...
I have been patiently waiting for this TR660 for three months and it is even better than I expected. The case is 40mm, bead blasted, with a double domed sapphire crystal, sapphire insert and...
That is lovely. Have you been staring at that dial all night until 4.12am!!!!
Always good to see another Squale on the forum and a very nice one at that!

Oooh that is a beauty!
Stunning.......I wondered why you posted twice in the Friday thread, with the lovely no radiations being the other one.
Just looked at the listing, what a stunning minter with box and papers. You may already have seen it but here is a link to the Squale Collector website which covers these early Maggi era 1521's.

Oooooh, I do like a Squale but that I see is one of the old tritium dials, one of the watches made from NOS parts at the start of Squale's relaunch?
Pure class and posted in the Friday thread I see!
Congratulations, I think these are quite underrated possibly because of the lack of a wave dial but the dial is stunning in person, lovely deep glossy blue.
My little 55 year old Supercompressor, incoming after a service by Simon Freese, who was a pleasure to deal with.

That is a stunner!
I've a few Seamaster 300m's and so it seemed logical to add the one that started the line in 1993. This one is from 2004 with box and all the cards and keeping as good time as the new one's. ...
I used to have the Monte Carlo Heritage Chrono............ it is the only watch I regret having let to. A great choice, enjoy!
Lovely, a very under appreciated watch with great lume and the blue of the dial has to be seen in person to be really appreciated.
Very nice indeed, I do like a Squale and that colour scheme is one of the best!
I've been looking to add something different from my divers and chrono's for a while and I've also been thinking of a skeleton watch and also perhaps adding a quartz. This is definitely not a diver...
I see lots of positive replies to this post already and deservedly so, this is a beautiful watch, especially at the price and with the unique Farer way of combining colours.
That is a beauty, worth the wait!

Thank you! I feel fortunate to have the Fifty Fathoms and no one in my circle of friends has a clue what it is, which is how I like it........
