They are both 36mm but lug to lug is a lot different (43.5 vs 46.8) so even having only worn one of the two, I'm going to say "no", they will not fit the same. ;)

I've had the exact same experience. After the first day though, I just decided to leave it "popped out" and find it perfectly comfortable that way even if it's "wrong".

I don't think so. I didn't adjust mine yet but I did test one of them to make sure I had the right screwdriver and it turned fairly easily.

That's a good question. I didn't notice anything about vat when I ordered. It was 320gbp. Does that include vat?
