Is it fixed bars?

I think my cwc is 19mm but I have a 20mm NATO on it and the proportions work ok for me. Did the previous prs-10 have standard spring bars or fixed?

Is the drawing the final version? Or will there be a no date variant?

I ok with a bump in price for a better specd watch
