The lugs are quite long and it wears bigger than its 36mm size as a result IMO. It felt fine on my 6.75" but I'm not sure I would have been happy had I been any smaller.

Thanks for that. Looking at the name under the loupe again I think that it may well be Bentex.
I have my 29a on a Bonklip style bracelet now.

Im not too sure what make this one...
As previously mentioned I though that I would try a Bonklip style bracelet
So far I am impressed, its super light and thin and feels very comfy. I love the look of the AM with this fitted.
As...
I couldn't manage to order the washers but found some silicone tubing with an internal diameter of 1.6mm and an outer of 2.5mm that I think will work. Being as it comes in a 1m length then I will...
I went for this NOS one on eBay

Many thanks!
Would someone with a micro-meter be able to confirm the diameter of the shoulderless spring bars fitted please?
I am keen to fit a Bonklip but want to get hold of some unobtrusive nylon washers...
Received this rather splendid vintage style strap from Steveo this morning

I concluded that I has been rather hasty in moving on my AM and that I could after all afford to keep both versions
I'm obliged to the buyer who despite not wanting to move it on, sold it back to...
I don't think that Crocs suit either the 29a or 29AM
Of the ones shown above the mid brown Osiris is my favourite

Goodness, it does too!
Well the AM lost out to the classic looks of the 29a for me so has gone off to a new owner
Which leaves me with the original and best 29 in my opinion. The crystal, drilled lugs and beautifully...
Cometh the hour cometh the AM
Looks great Colin
Love the B&W pics too!
I quite like the AM on this Hirsch croc strap

The AM is a lovely thing but I end up going to the 29a when I open the watch box in the morning.

0730 UK time I believe - however its probably worth trying to log in before this as I think that some were able to do so the say that the 29a/29AM went on sale
Best to order asap I think!

Ive yet to see any 'blue' tones in the 29a's dial. It looks as inky black as the original to me.

Just to add - the packaging etc is top notch.

Initially of the two I thought that the 29a was just in front as the AM seemed to wear a little large for my taste. However it is growing on me and Number 2 may well have to wait longer than...
35mm and 36mm's are my favourites.
The AM wears bigger to my eyes, more like a 38mm
Here it is alongside my 39mm Amphibia

As long as your quick on the draw that looks like a good plan.
I had only intended to buy one but reckoned that if I had both then I could take my time deciding which one I liked best and the...
