I've just seen the thread title and I have to impulsively drop The Last Voyage of the Demeter here.
What are the three that are not Vic or Opinel?
That Opinel set doesn't seem very well thought through to me: one, you can only use one utensil at a time (ie no knife + fork combo available), and two, it doesn't seem very compact, space saver etc....
