Lovely...
Lighthearted also, but doesn’t the bit about your car sum it up? Supply is limited vs demand, and many of these watches are worth thousands more the moment they leave the dealer.
I don’t think...
That *is* interesting history!
A lovely example of one of the greatest watches ever made. I must get my hands on one at some point.
Under £50! Very charming...
Looks much better without the leather IMO...
How do they wear chaps? I was on the verge of apoplexy when it was released but...
Looks great.

Strange indeed! Given the blue grid beneath it, could it be an insignia from a Soviet air defence unit?
It’s a good point, and one that even Patek and Audemars fall foul of. Why should watches designed to be worn every day not be able to cope with changes in temperature, without a visit to the...

Rightly so; It’s a beautiful watch... I think one could build an interesting collection around both vintage and contemporary anti-magnetic watches... Milgauss, anti-mag Grand Seikos, Railmaster, etc.
Very smart. I love the traditional size of Explorer... would be good if they offered the option of 36mm alongside the new 39mm...
Every time I see these they look that much better. Enjoy!
No, I think it looks well on you. I don't often think watches are too small for people, however, and I suspect your wife's opinion should have a much greater weight than mine... anything for a happy...
Just get a Submariner and forget about the whole thing *runs*
It's here!
My first Timezone watch: a Smiths Military PRS-29a.
Will give a more thorough review after I have worn it for a little while, but it's a really lovely watch. It has much of the charm...
This needs more explanation :topsy_turvy:
Some lovely watches above... look at the lugs on that Vacheron - you can't blame them for using them on that recent chronograph of theirs.
Somewhere in our postal system between Sheffield and mine...
