They were fine with me dropping in with my BP bracelet to adjust 18 months or so ago, no cost and they put the spare links in a nice box! Mind you I did have to go back as they fitted one of the half...

Arrived this morning bright and early! I'm obviously biased but it is a bit of a looker... Photos don't really capture the depth and character if the dial to its full extent.
