Finally got someone to show me how to get strava on the Apple Watch hadn’t enabled! Will be able to share runs with the group now happy days!!
Great effort on the PB
I did not enjoy my 10km poop this morning, just a few frosty/icy patches underfoot and didn’t want to come a cropper!
Enjoying the new Apple Watch for running and general fitness. Did my 10k loop in about 52 mins on a horrific hangover!
I understand time issues but would add that for the first time in my life (and I ran to a decent standard in my youth) having built in regular gym sessions I can run 3 times a week.
I know this...
try a foam roller if you have t already
fast 5km on the treadmill at lunch as I won't be able to do park run this week.
5km at 14 km/h was 21.30.
definitely easier on treadmill than outside.
21.39 at the park run today
6 seconds better than last week
suspect getting anywhere near 20 mat be a struggle!!
great effort. out of interest shorts or leggings?
I only wear shorts and used to find it ok but feeling the cold more this year.
5km on treadmill reasonably quick as main part of gym sesh
day of tomorrow, park run Saturday
I will try to figure out how to join!
I'd love to do some longer events but it the training for them that is the problem for me I just get injured if running long distance or more than 3 times a week.
hence run 2-3 times per week and...
did my first park run in a couple of years new one opened near me Fletcher Moss.
21.45
reasonably please but would love to push on and try to get down towards 20
good luck. I am also on dry January so is double pain at the mo
treadmill session at lunch today.
40 mins - 5 x 8 min miles = 12 kmh (gradient 1.0)
fairly unpleasant and gym so busy with new year temporary members!
did a 20 min treadmill session as my main activity in the gym today feel some fitness coming back.
5 min 11kmh 5 min 12kmh 5 min 13kmh 5 min 14kmh.
felt ok might try a 30 min variant next week...
I'll check them out although had some jabra a few years ago and they packed in, got another pair on warranty but same happened gave up with them in the end.
sure they are much better nowadays
new head phones - something else I need!!
ok does it show it on a screen or just when you upload post run?
thanks
did a 5 miler in around 45 mins today.
couldn't be more accurate as my Garmin has packed in.
