Almost as painful as reading about trips to the Rolex dealer for a ‘most pleasant chat’……………………….
Nothing to do with data mining - they wanted to ensure that you weren't an ex 'Star-gazing tally clerk".............. :courage:
I’d keep a straight face for as long as humanly possible ……….
Sounds more like a dating-site !!!
Indeed!
Maybe it is to give them time to see what your purchase record is- before you sit down with them.
’customer’………’client’ - they want to call you a client, these days, but they can’t...
Like "Twitchers".............................
"Great spotted Daytona in Goldsmiths, Bond Street - showing well"
Lame.
Opened the thread cos I thought “Jeez! Don’t tell me Wileeeeey is adding to this nonsense????”
Thankfully - not.
It really is redundant, now. A load of old Bolex.
Inspect it, if not to your satisfaction - reject it.
I doubt if they will be over-concerned.
Wear them in good health.................. :love-struck:
Would you not have come to that conclusion if you had tried a non-functional model? (one - completely genuine with the exception of a block of resin inside which emulated the weight and distribution...

There have even been posts where the poster simply states that he was ‘abroad’ with no further clue...............
Defo some “look what I saw, but I’m not going to help you..............”
[QUOTE=bwest76;5344441]Sydney airport, all the cupboards where bare not even display but not for sale watches.
It’s a brilliant business plan.

Now become a Rolex discussion thread..........
”Ooh! It looks big on your wrists!”
Not quite the intention.
But you pre-ordered it?
Not really much help to anyone looking for a purchase?
With the potential for immediate resale - the genuine (bought for himself) buyer, would never be able to get one.............
Are you on a secret mission?
Pretty strange, going out of your way to keep the city/dealer to yourself?
