We’re watching 1883 and really really enjoying it, really well made, gritty and full of drama, and I also feel a bit guilty about having a bit of a crush on the blond cowgirl. 🤠

Just finished ‘Painkiller’ on Netflix, a
Docu drama on the OxyContin epidemic in the USA, blimey, what a story, horrendous, and the last 15 minutes will rock you silly.
Late to the Ted Lasso party, really didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I am doing! Really funny.
Yes! I’ve been watching 3 or 4 episodes at a time for the last few weeks, on season 8 now, it’s been interesting watching the characters develop, I’ve even grown fond of Lewis Litt.
And yes, Donna…
Agreed! Mental scenes.
I’m in total agreement with you, so slow and pointless, I just can’t be bothered to see if it gets any better.
It’s been mentioned, but we are really enjoying Sherwood on IPlayer,
Us too, very good.
If you liked that, The Last Kingdom on Netflix is a really good one in that genre.
Severance- On Apple TV is a quirky weird one, quite clever concept, in the future you can have a procedure to separate your work and private lives, when you are at work you have no memory of your out...
New series (4) of ‘The Marvellous Mrs Maisel’ has just been released.
Probably old hat now, but we’ve just found ‘Goliath’ with Billy Bob Thornton, surprisingly really good and well written and acted, lots of really funny bits too.
We started it a couple of nights ago, pretty good actually.
We did too, hope the next season comes out soon.
Excellent news!
We finished it last night, pretty decent.
Really quite enjoying Hawkeye on Disney + , more than I thought I would.
Isn’t it just! Loved this latest series.
He does the same in Designated Survivor too!
Just finished it myself, very dark and done well.
Vikings-
It’s in the post 😁
Found a great little series of ‘shorts’ on Netflix, ‘Love Death and Robots’, rated 18, it’s a series of very clever adult themed sci fi animations.
I’m glad someone posted in here, I couldn’t find the topic, we’ve been enjoying ‘Raised by Wolves’ ( Netflix? ) a Ridly Scott sci-fi series, really weird but really good. Worth a watch if you like...
Billions s5 has just come on to Sky/NowTV.
There’s a interesting documentary on Netflix about the Challenger Space Shuttle and the events that led up to the disaster, nothing new in there but it’s fascinating to see all the interviews.
