Very nice - is that the “denim” dial?
I have the exact same one, and I love it.
Didn’t realise they were discontinued - I thought this was the most popular variant?
Great news indeed [emoji1360]
He looks pretty sorry for himself.
Fingers crossed for a good result [emoji1694]
My no.1 piece of advice is to buy something that you like the look of and you want to play.
It won’t matter how good it is if you don’t pick it up every day.
I have a Taylor GS Mini and it plays beautifully, with a super warm sound that belies its small size. I have small hands so the shorter scale helps. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve tried rice flour and didn’t get on with it for what sounds like similar reasons.
I’ll be sticking with semolina. Fortunately we all like that slightly gritty texture it adds.
The Sage Pizzaiolo tops out at a claimed 400° and that can certainly make a decent neopolitan.
At £80 it’s got to be worth a punt.
Tangentially, this BB54 T-fit bracelet is the first one I’ve had that can truly be adjusted on the fly. Pull the clasp away from the wrist, it expands. Push the bracelet into the clasp, it contracts....
Not wanting to labour this point too much (although I suspect we’re long part that stage), out of interest I took a look at the watch I’m wearing right now.
BB54. Sits beautifully on my wrist,...
Fascinating indeed, Fortnine always manages to surprise and inform
That's extremely nice!
Yep, would love to see some comparison shots between this and the GS version.
Jury’s still out on the crown guards imo. I get what they’re trying to do, but I’m not sure it’s successful.
We’re gonna need more than that Ryan ;)
Booze-fuelled purchases for the win!
I look forward to seeing it on the incoming thread (and maybe on SC shortly after [emoji6])
I didn’t get the fuss about Credor at all until a colleague...
That’s a beauty.
Yep, it’s an easy fix. Just be very careful when unscrewing and screwing to ensure you don’t slip and scratch those lovely polished sides.
Tip: use the biggest screwdriver that will fit the slot to...

I do fancy trying one of those…
I sprinkle a little semolina along the leading edge of the peel, lift the front of the pizza with thumb and forefinger, and slide the peel under. Works every time.
Yeah, I meant semolina. I know others have mentioned the slightly gritty texture that semolina can impart, but I really like that actually.
A useful alternative that I’ve found is a silicone baking mat like this one
SUPER KITCHEN Extra Large Thick Nonstick Silicone Baking Pastry Mat with Dough Scraper, Nonslip Kneading Board Fondant...
Very nice. I’ll definitely have one of these when they’ve come down a bit in price.
No contest for me.
