It was said a bit tongue in cheek 👍
Thought I’d visit this thread again seeing as I’d asked the question.
The reason I want to try and find an alternative to sky is the fact that I’ve been with them for many many years but you’ll...
I can’t see the point of having a non legal stick if it’s going to play up or fail possibly, can’t really compare that against what I’ve already got, which is the point of the exercise.
I'm listening!
Sent from my SM-T590 using TZ-UK mobile app
Basically I’ve slimmed down the sky package as it was stupid money, but lost some sport’s channels.
How does firestick compare cost wise with skyq
Which channels have you got with yours, any of the sports channels?
I also hear that you can also get the box office channels, but I’m not sure if they are the non Amazon ones!!!
Have we had a thread about the firestick?
Advantages/disadvantages regarding alternative tv viewing.
How easy to use

When you get bored give me a shout, seriously I’ll park that in my new garage for the right price
And there was me thinking it was building related🙈🙈
Sorry but you’re going to have to explain this to me.
Final copings have now been cemented on, they were heavy. 3 of us to lift them safely, he will be back after the drive has been done just to do the copings along the front wall, but can't do that...
I’m actually waiting for them to reply to my email regarding appropriate products and prices 👍
Thank you, although after the floor painting disaster it’s taken the edge off the excitement, and also added somewhat to the cost.
At this rate I won’t be able to afford to park anything in there🙈🙈😂
Those are thick soft mats/tiles, so not really suitable for a garage/workshop, I wish they were at that price.
I need approximately 53sq mtrs and a couple of prices I’ve got so far are about £1500.
Garage floor finish hasn't come up as nice as I was hoping it would, so I'm looking at alternative coverings.
Interlocking Tiles seem to be the favourite at the moment, has anyone any experience of...

Life is too short to wait for so called “special dates” etc etc to treat yourself.
I’ve been through a couple of episodes where I thought that I’ve missed the boat.
Just go for it if you can afford...
I’ve never actually done much streaming, believe it or not🙈, so how does it work via the box, are you able to record stuff like skyq box, or isn’t it necessary as you just stream when you want.

Thought I’d update this thread.
Our 18 month Skyq contract has finished and the price has shot up to about £150 per month.
This is for broadband/landline/tv package.
Tv package includes

I’m under strict instructions about what it is, lol.
I am allowed a toy to park in it though🙈😂
Approx 55 litres of paint later and this is the result.
Second fix electrics are booked in and the painting of the floor as soon as possible after electrics are done, ( electrician did say that the...

And I had a black sport evo about 20 years ago but sold it as I didn’t have the room to keep it.
When I see the price they’re fetching these days it brings a tear to my eye. 🙈🙈
I used this on the ceiling and was very impressed with the coverage, still got over 10litres left so it would make sense to use.
Not going to plaster it, I quite like the industrial look of blockwork, and with the galvanised conduit to finish it off, it’s been done nicely as well.
