By far, the best BP IMO. Have always fancied one of these but think the size would become an issue over time. The Watch Snob was a big fan of these.

Lugs look a bit thin on the 16803 and a bit of a stretch calling it a limited edition, Rolex don't do LEs. As per others, better choices out there IMO.

Think your baseline should start at 16800, tritium, non-applied hour markers and the all-important sapphire crystal. Should be plenty about.

Countdown bezel on the Hodinkee site, is that what you mean ?

As someone's said already, very generic design. And what's with the rather phallic hour hand [emoji848]

Correct on that, 38mm for the XV (great watch, love mine) with the ever reliable 2892-A2. The XVI was 39mm, had one of those a while back, definitely prefer the XV with it's proper Fleiger hands.

Spot on. An awful choice of watch, the typical trophy watch of somebody incredibly wealthy with a massive social media presence.

Does the RRP, whilst not being ‘cheap’, seem fairly reasonable for these ? It’ll be impeccably made, in-house movement etc….a lot of watch for the money IMO.
