If you like decent cushioning have a look at Hoka or Altra shoes. Two of my favourite brands. I have a few of both some for trail some for road.

Might treat myself to one of those. Been upping my mileage recently and did 36k mostly trails yesterday and calves are a bit achy today!

The lockdown has given me more opportunity to run during the week now. Working from home is ok but you really need to take a break.
