Good call. Another shout for the Cosmonaut although I have the 38mm L5100 version. Does everything you need.

Always a contender for the perfect watch. The M is the sweet spot indeed for these models. I have a 1991 Tritium non M but still a fantastic watch in its own right.
I was shocked today to read about Eddie and what he has went through the last few weeks. Glad he is now recovering well. Wishing you a speedy recovery Eddie.
Truly shocking news - RIP Tom
Also just seen this - wishing you the very best Eddie as you go through your treatment.
The functionality is the same but the quality improves with each iteration. As my initial post suggests, I prefer the 40mm but I also have a blue dial 42mm Avantage and the quality is a bit higher I...
Great to hear stories on the utility of this watch either in military or civilian life.
Perfect - thank you!
Cheers - will check this out👍
I was the same! Takes a bit of skill to master the fast crown spin for rapid advancement of the hours.
I’m not sure how you date exactly without papers but the various model and style changes (I think these are listed in Breitling Source) give an approximate range of dates.
Yes - pretty unique watch. On first handling they appear delicate but in fact as you say - bullet proof.
I was pleasantly surprised with Breitling. Top notch throughout.

My superquartz E75362 dates to December 2004 and is a do anything watch for me. Especially brilliant for holidays (no need to take another watch).
In the last couple of years the digital displays...
Another shout for Strangers in the Night.
And, Judas Priest - Unleashed in the East. Also check out them playing the US Festival in 1983 (on YT) I think - just incredible live.
Wearing this a lot at the moment. So comfortable and a classic for sure. Still prefer this over the modern iterations.

It is quite a sad reflection of the times. On previous holidays I’d wear a 5 digit GMT and take a couple of other nice mechanical watches. No one bothered. Now I take an X-33 Skywalker (still a...
Another shout for Subdial - truly excellent.
Wearing my SKX031 Seiko Submariner today - such a great dial.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220612/1cc77a77adbe1854c465d5941cd5e38f.jpg

Great watch - one of the best in terms of tool functionality. Only con is the WR but I realise some have swam fine with it. Battery is easy to change.

Good shout. I did exactly this the other day and picked up a U updated version. Date format flexibility and longer backlight are great upgrades as well as being able to set favourites for...
Great review Dave. Nothing can compare to a centre minute chrono. This is going to be popular. I have the 17c - hope I can add this one🤞
My watch is Tested and Certified. Bought in April 2015.
Superb wide range of watches - nice to see a true collector.
I’m at 37 pieces - I thought it was too many until I read this thread - don’t feel as bad now! About 50/50 mechanical/quartz so a decent mix. I would like to reduce and I think about it often but I...
Shocked by this news - a long-standing and well known member. RIP Peter.
