38mm works for me
This is not strictly on topic, but what about the visual equivalent. I used to own a fleiger, with the usual triangle flanked by two dots at twelve. One day I looked at it and saw a duck....I had to...
There is no point sending it to Seiko Maidenhead. I took a monster in with the same request as I live near them and it was a waste of time. They are always willing to help and have done me favours in...
Very helpful guy, but he told me recently that he won't touch anything needing pressure testing.
Seiko and Citizen Watch Forum is the place to try, a mine of information.
Yes, no problem; it is a 20mm in 19mm lugs, but looks ok. I used to have one on mine before going back to a 20mm grey NATO.
Saw this on SCWF

The MM has an (undecorated) Grand Seiko movement, vastly superior to the ETA in the Breitling. The build quality is also better IMHO, and that of many. I own Rolex and Breitling watches and have no...
It has an ETA movement, so servicing that would be straightforward. My experience of Sinn is that, if there is a problem, just send it to them and they will fix it FOC and quickly. My 356 was out of...
I have a U1 on rubber, and a Dreadnought. I tried the Sinn rubber, and thought it looked good on the Dread. It would be a simple matter to buy another Sinn strap, swap the Sinn logo-ed piece of the...
Roy (RLT) sells them, you could brush the metal yourself perhaps?
You might be best to do this with the watch inside a large transparent plasic bag. The pin collars are a bastard to find if you drop them, and hard to replace.
If you have the supplied tool, it's easy. Just use the pin end to compress the spring bar via the pin hole in the lugs. You will have to do both. If you have no Sinn tool, a Bergeron or similar will...
It just takes a button cell like other quartz watches. My Tuna is 8 years old and still has the original battery, so you wo'nt need many.
I have also fitted a new retro rubber to a PRS 50 and I think it looks great on the wrist. You really don't notice the slight overlap. On a tangent, I think that an Omega 20mm wide tang buckle might...
Very attractive watch, much better than the contemporary Rolex IMHO.
The above Tchibo watch boxes are currently 3 for two in store, so that's £24 for three, the price of a middling strap.
SCWF has correspondence about this all the time; someone may be able to send you some if you post, or try this hint

Good luck
Where's the subwoofer?
This old thing I found in a drawer.

Thanks for the tips guys, I should be able to sort it. The bike is very real, I'm 60 and have had this particular T120 since I was a schoolboy. It's only got minor stuff from the drop, mostly...
I had a somersault off my Bonnie when I hit a slick (diesel, the devils blood), and banged my Traser H3 beater on the road. It's now moving the second hand about every 4 or 5 seconds. A similar...
'ansome is as 'ansome does, and it does very well. Apologies to any mystified foriegners, but Brit's get pleasure from all this, which is why you all understand English, up to a point.
I wish that I hadn't, in a weak and well refreshed moment got into this (see in FS corner, Sinn 356), but 'an handsome' is a correct, but not the only correct, form. It is also quite archaic. My late...
