A small update: Although my collection has shrunken considerably, I still have both...
Both are on TSS Titan CS.
Many thanks again for all kind comments about the watches and the writeup.
Best wishes,
Pawel

Introduction
This is my first attempt at some kind of watch review. My limited horological knowledge and watch collecting experience have prevented me from doing it before. But now, since I appear...
I don't know why, but it seems to be particularly frequent for them :(. Is it more likely to occur for those higher-grade 7750s used in their watches? Out of six 7750 chronos I have had, the only two...
Haven't ever looked at those too closely, but maybe I should? :P (Not sure if they are within my price range, though).

All 1-12 hour batons and the "12" numeral are lumed.

I like the bezels on these watches more for esthetic than practical reasons, so my observations are based of very occasional usage, and more for entertainment that any other purpose ;). Both bezels...
I thought it was - the surface finish of the back cover is identical to the case...(but please don't try it)

The finish actually looks slightly different to me. And in this thread on...
Good point. Isn't it just lust for perfection within a certain specific style that can be hardly achieved in a single watch? No, there is no rational explanation, really.
Thanks for all the...

A slightly thinner lookalike thereof, TSS 'Titan CS'.
I believe the back cover of the 757 is not tegimented, so it is at much higher risk :).

If they really start fighting (which may, but does not have to happen), then the DC66 will be a more likely winner for several reasons ;).

This is the one previously owned by Ming (for a very short time, unfortunately) and beautifully pictured in his photoessay (http://www.tz-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=36617). It's been on my wrist...
And mine was bought in Krakow, as it happens.

Ironically, mine was bought (online) in the US .

Another Gulfman here (a different one), arrived today. My first G-shock and my first digital watch since the early 90s. An imulse purchase, to help me wait for another "serious" watch that is taking...
I was about to post the following:

until I spotted your location!
No chance of any of the UK members being able to say the same thing today.[/quote]

I changed my plan, since the postman (after ringing twice) has just brought this:

It's on my wrist now.

If it indeed turns out to be broken and if you decide to have it fixed under warranty rather than by a local watchmaker, then the good news is that the service offered by Zeno (who made the 1903) is...
My experience is that the 7750 without (the chrono running) has a pretty long power reserve, definitely more than, say, the 2824 or the Seiko 7S26. Unless you achieve similarly short running times...

I expected this kind of reaction :). Yes, of course you are right -- the colours do not match. As a matter of fact, they do not match so clearly that I initially supposed I would keep the DA36 on...
