I've had plenty of great experiences with Subdial, but agree that they sometimes lack the expertise on 4-digit Rolexes. In fact, just recently I've heard of someone who purchased a 4-digit Rolex...

Dick had an incredible collection and I’m fortunate to still own a couple of watches that came from him.

I quite like my Tudor 9315 bracelet tbh… but they are indeed quite hard to find especially in bearable shape, or at a reasonable price

I'm a huge fan of tudor subs personally (biased), as there are a lot of variations with different characters whereas most 5 digit Rolex subs look somewhat similar (of course generalising a bit here)....

I’ve always had a soft spot for UG and still own 2 or 3.

Hope they find inspiration from their 50s-70s designs, and do better than the less successful ‘resurgence’ in the 90s
