Looks great - enjoy it. IMO it also suits a NATO strap with a bit of colour or indeed a perlon.

Had a ceramic submariner date - that should have been it. Sold.
Switched to a 39mm Explorer Mk2. Brilliant watch but it’s gone.
I’m now thoroughly in the 36mm-38mm range. I’ve tried to have...

The statistical probability rule hasn’t worked out for my PBs. I leave them there ‘just in case’! As others have said - it’s my small equivalent of gambling.

What deployment is that on your PRS1? I’ve always worn mine on a NATO but that looks great.
Excellent choice. The Hamilton is nice but I love my manual wind CWC. After service and regulation mine is also keeping time to (left face up overnight) +1 SPD. As good as the Explorer I had.
Or indeed felt fortunate to not to be the one who lost their loved one earlier than they should have. I’m sure it’s been said innumerable times but we all have the ability to know we will die/get...
I applaud you and feel so much better about what I’ve held on to over the years!! Beautiful collection sir.
Fabulous watch - the IWC3536 is the only diver I’d be interested in owning now.
That is mighty fine; I love the faded tritium and that strap.
I have a couple at 36-38mm

That looks superb. In my view an absolute classic and that refresh is as good as new. They don’t often come up but I’d be happier getting one serviced/refreshed after seeing this.
Thank you.
The Copenhagen Card which you can buy for your stay worked well for us when we visited last December.
It includes access to the major attractions and (excellent) city and surrounding area...
Really nice write up Kerry. Thank you.
That ‘74 Hamilton (especially being a 6bb) is exactly my cup of tea! I’m still looking for one as tidy as that.
I’m also reading with interest as I will be flying a fair bit over the next couple years.
I really need to travel with a blazer/jacket - does anyone have a recommendation for a rucksack cabin bag...
I had one of the ‘ghost’ text Everest watches but let it go to a WTB.
This is a really nice touch and will tempt me to getting another.
I’d recommend Freeletics.
Body weight exercise routine that takes 30-45 mins. Easy to do anywhere. There is a paid app but plenty to try for free To see if you enjoy it.
I sold a submariner to buy a 2016 (Mk2) Explorer. I think it is a great watch (wore it for almost 3-years ignoring all others) but always wondered if I should have bought a 36mm Explorer.
I tried...
PRS1 Speedbird is a keeper.
I’ve had an Everest (lovely watch) and I’d like to try an Air Ministry. Oh and a Navigator. Perhaps also a Monopusher (in black and one in cream).
As others have...
My PRS1 - it already is sterile.
I’d prefer my CWC W10 Mellor without the branding, tritium’T’ or the mark of the Board of Ordinance.
I’d wear either of these before my Rolex Explorer (branded...
We watched 2-episodes this evening as well.
There appears to be some ‘staged’ situations but on the whole it’s very entertaining and pretty informative. Season one really did highlight the...
I love porridge.
But made with milk and with a bit of butter in it.
Probably less good for cholesterol.
Sent you a pm.
Best of luck - don’t lose heart - it can be managed.
Now that is impressive! A very significant change - what drove you from 100+ to two?
For me the hobby comes and goes. My modest collection of 8 has little variety across style (all but one have a black dial) and I’ve slowly discovered a few things. Regardless of quality I’m not a...
