He asked if i still spent too much time and money on watches to which i...
I guess she was mid 30’s - there was another lady who was dealing with someone else who may have known more. I really just wanted to find out about their part exchange policy and how it worked and I...
Popped into Birmingham today to do some browsing in various stores ahead of a future purchase. I wanted to get a quote on a watch as part exchange against a Tudor. The lady I spoke to had never heard...

Move the contents of the smaller box into the bigger one - add the Monaco and either the Sinn or your inox as a beater and you have an amazing collection - and consolidated sensibly. Job done!
Don’t make it even harder!

Thanks all - the explorer seems the sensible choice and it was I was thinking but just wanted some advice and thoughts from everyone here as I could not come to a conclusion!

It is a silly situation about the gmt.
If funds were no object I would go explorer and then a Rolex gmt but alas this won’t happen.
I do really like the bb41 but am not sure if I am just jumping...
Hi all thinking of consolidating my collection from 9 watches to 4 or 5 with a plan to add a couple of pieces in the future.
I won’t say what I plan to sell so I avoid any trouble!
I would keep my...
I agree about timefactors have several - have just had a couple from moosestraps in Canada after seeing them on YouTube. The premium slim straps are amazingly soft - feel like seat belt material and...
I won’t ever afford the Rolex but think this would fit nicely in the collection. Now how do I tell m wife?
My colleague just called his dealer - they have had 40 calls re the new gmt so far and have stopped taking deposits. They are in Stratford upon Avon so no ideas how many the big boys have had. The...
Try Bark and jack and watch hobbyist as well. I guess both are members here. Both seem really good guys with the watch bug.

My longines conquest GMT has a nice sunburst dial as does the seiko cocktail time (sadly no longer owned)
Please excuse terrible iPhone pictures...
Even more worrying for the owners. Engines are great and the interiors are fantastic- the technology is also really good but little things seem to go wrong a lot. My colleagues car was "fixed" the...
A colleague had one of the first new discoverys on 1st of march. It has had a recurring fault with a faulty fitted bit of trim on the windscreen that has meant it has been back to the dealer 7 times...
I used polywatch some cotton wool and a glasses cloth a couple of weeks ago for a similar scratch. Really easy and fast to do.

I have a 104i and had a 556i (had to sell to fund something else) both are good watches - both very versatile for straps so useful in lots of situations. Build quality was excellent. Not had any...
I have sold mine but had it on a blue hirsch grand duke which I thought worked really well. No decent photos just an old one that I have blown up from a box shot a couple of years ago....
I have a longines conquest gmt that whirls like mad on the wrist. It was worrying at first but you do get used to it.
There are 2 types of cetirizine tablets - hydrochloride and dihydrochloride I think - try both as only the hydrochloride works for me.

My most recent purchase was the 40mm dial - I bought from the bay for about £800 which I thought was ok. Lovely watch great domed crystal - I liked the rubber strap ( in the photo) but have put it on...
