Sorry to hear that story - must have been the last thing you needed or wanted to happen. Take some comfort though from the fact that your sister recognised your BIL was out of line - at least she...
Better late than never. Finally took off the GMT in favour of this today. HAGWE all.

For me its this Seamaster - not a planned purchase, just fell in love with the colour.

And started one for me.....
Beginning to think that being a member here is a bad idea - its certainly an expensive one.
I am not sure whether it is related to the non-price rise in the UK but I did notice that Watchfinder had 100+ extra Rolexes for sale this morning. Possibly they had been stockpiling them?
This today and every day this week. HAGWE.

A welcome change from the usual frantic dash to 50 posts!
And yes I am aware of a certain irony in that this may be seen as me inching towards the magic 50 ( is the genome sequencer stiil...
Speedy today and for the weekend. HAGWE.

I like the new GMT version better than the one I have - I thought I could live with the date window at 4 and half rather than 4 but when I wear it now its all I can see. A lesson learnt anyway, don't...
Still in love with my purple titanium Seamaster. HANWE.

Thanks for the link - very informative.
This has made me think. One of my and my friends teenage hobbies was chemistry with a particular interest in combinations that would go bang. Today I guess that would lead to rather a lot of trouble...
I'm quite enjoying the wait on balance. Being new to this watch obsession I think that waiting for access has perhaps slowed the carnage on my credit card and allowed time for for a little...
Still enjoying my recently acquired "purple haze" Seamaster. HAGWE all.

I am something of a sucker for colourful watches and couldn't resist this when I saw it recently. It was advertised as a 2231.80.00 model and research here and elsewhere suggests that the original...
Snowflakes are beautiful and delicate. How did this description ever get applied to a hand design that is so brutish and ugly?
Completely agree with you. On the plus side though it will allow you to save money for something else.
To focus on the "Coke" GMT II that I really want and not let my head get turned by anything else until I have got one.
Bob.
Happy New Year all.
May all your acquisitions this year be keepers.
Yep the sparkling start was just to torment us with hope. And then Ipswich only have to go on a run.
No access to SC yet but am waiting patiently. No doubt the MUT wiil be gone before I get there...
