Great photos ands a nice collection of straps. The Airforce blue is especially lovely.
Great watch. It wears slightly too big for me, but I love the design, because of, rather than in spite of, the various disparate elements.
This. Looks cheap, sounds cheap, wears really well.
There are plenty of watches I liked, but didn't buy usually for budgetary reasons, but there are a few I really regret missing.
Glycine Airman One

Almost certainly true. The only think they have that is tempting is the custom automatic diver...
A few changes. The version I have from a few years back has a sapphire crystal, but this new batch has mineral glass. Closer to the original, but I prefer sapphire. The new batch have a Ronda rather...
My current DJ is from M&S as was my previous one, which lasted about 12 years. The current one is a bit more slim fit than I'd like, but otherwise the fit is good. I agree that fit and accessories...
I love mine. The dial and case is just a great combination. But completely agree on the price.
Great post. Does this mean you are officially a Sinn lover again.
Can you request that at checkout?
Generally quick and pain free but Covid hasn't helped, but you are over the worst of that. When you choose a witness make sure they are readily available as they will be called. Dialogue from a John...
Two watches, one real and one imagined.
The Omega CK 859 looks lovely especially the silver dial. At that price I'm unlikely to ever own one and if I wanted something similar the Longines sector...
I'm not a real Star Trek fan. I like the original series in small doses and the second and fourth films. I re-watched the reboot Star Trek from 2011 with the family this evening, it was on Film 4. It...
This was almost exactly my experience. I loved the design, I like the splash of yellow, I think it is the only watch I've tried on at more than one AD, but I didn't have the wrist for it.
It depends on your appetite for risk but I'd lean this way. Plus if the economy does tank there may be many good car deals to be had.
I like it too, although I'd prefer the lumed acrylic bezel insert. I'd also like to know the depth. The quartz divers are pleasingly slim.
Absolutely agree. Better than many Loire SB's.
A late 1016 with a super luminova service dial.
I'm thinking of getting an induction kettle for a number if reasons.
We are not a house of tea drinkers and and don't use our current kettle that often. We've had our current electrical kettle for...
Vintage is a good option. I happen to have this model of a rather lovely Longines, although this image isn't mine.

Maybe I'm being a bit conservative, I must time myself. I also include the time needed to get the charcoal from the shed, clean the grill, pour a beer and generally faff about.
First use of the barbecue this year. Just burgers and portobello mushrooms. I have a 10 year old Weber kettle. Needed a bit of work this time to get started. I normally keep it out doors and covered,...
As you are in Kent, or your username is is https://www.smithswatches.com/ is based in Tunbridge Wells.
I popped into Swatch on Carnaby St on Wednesday. They had no stock but they said that the Convent Garden and Oxford St stores would be getting stock (and will be the only stores to carry the watch.)
