Just finished Season 5 of Top Boy. I’ve been a huge fan since the first series on Ch4 and this didn’t disappoint. Quite sad that there won’t be any more.

Save Me with Lenny James was great - all episodes available to stream on Now. OK, a bit implausible at times, very uncomfortable at others but very entertaining throughout. Some good actors involved...

A few episodes into season 2 of The Tunnel which is pretty promising. Love the two lead characters in this.

I almost gave up after the first episode but I'm 3 in now and it's beginning to peak my interest.

Finished both series of Start Up now and thoroughly enjoyed them. Edi Gathegi is outstanding as the Haitian gangster wanting more.

Has anyone watched Start Up with Martin Freeman? We watched the first episode last night and I'm a little unmoved. Is it worth persevering?

Blacklist bucked up towards the end of the season and has been renewed for another season.

Blacklist is back (again) after its latest break on Sky Atlantic and, dare I say it, I enjoyed it more than any other episode this season. Maybe it'll end on a high after all...

Billions season 2 has just finished and got better and better - last two episodes were crackers. It'll be a long wait until next year for season 3...:grief:

Re Blacklist, I couldn't have put it better myself. I enjoyed the first few series but the last one seemed to lose its way a bit. IMHO Spader remains superb but the writing needs to improve.

That thing where they started the car with the phone for no reason but to please Ford was mind-blowingly bad!

Is anyone else keeping faith with The Blacklist? Still great when James Spader is on screen but I feel the writing has lost it's way this season.

God, I hope it's more like the first series. The second was dire in so many respects that I'm surprised it was recommissioned. Olivia Coleman's stock is too high to be involved in turkeys.

I'm quite enjoying Taboo. It's all pretty daft if I'm honest but the grimy period location and good turns by Tom Hardy, Jonathan Pryce and Stephen Graham amongst others makes it very watchable.

And then seems to have ended rather abruptly with no indication of when it will be back. What is it with these damned mid-season breaks? Designated Survivor is another one.

Half way through this and it's very good. BBT is excellent (as he was in Fargo) and the plot has thrown some curve balls. I hope the quality continues to the end.
