Like you, I have very fond memories of the NX650. I bought one new in 2002 after I had had enough of sports bikes, I rediscovered the enjoyment of trundling about and enjoying the views....
CBR600FM and FX. I never progressed to anything larger sportsbike wise, these were fast enough for me.

As Tony says, all good experience. Helmsley (about ten miles from Hutton-le-Hole) was my local meeting point before we headed off for a ride, it really is a fantastic area for biking.
