Correct - travelling from where we live meant we initially came in from the south. Great experience though!.
We did the NC500 earlier this year (plus Skye) and TBH some of the route (NE) Glasgow - Dundee was not hugely scenic and we pressed on where possible. Decent overnight stays are key to this kind of...
