What about a Khaki Field Mechanical? Mine is for sale, and you can keep around 1200 quid in your pocket ;-)

Totally agree with itsguy and Martyn. To add: Martyn's observations apply to a wide range of (international) watch forums (many of which I am a long time member of). I understand that it deteriorates...
Stunning. Would look for a worn bezel though [emoji1303]
Very nice indeed!
Do a Google Search On Glc straps!
It's nice but in a weird kind of way... I guess I just wouldn't have one like that myself.
That is a stunner. Congrats!
Whats the function of the top crown?
Looks nice enough but a bit to clean for my liking. By the way, is it just the pictures or did the re-paint cause the texture of the sub-dial to become more flat? That's a shame..:(
I think it's the original colour!

Well, obviously this is not an IWC. Seller didn't have the original box/papers.

I've always understood that any movement with a module is more difficult to service. Have an Omega Dynamic incoming with the 2824 with DD module...

Can't a watchmaker make it shorter? Lovely watch!
Try at an AD...

I think Rolex has done a great piece of marketing. They sponsor large well known sports events and advertise that a Rolex watch is the ultimate gift (albeit to your self ;) ). Their slogan "a crown...
Nice, do you have a 'KNIL' example as well? If you ever want to lighten-up your collection, let me know ;)
Thanks and that's an awesome collection. Is it finished or are you going to complete it with some nato/mod replacement dials?
I've started working my way to a complete set of WWW watches, a.k.a. the dirty dozen.
In three months I've bought two of them, probably the most common, a Vertex and a Timor.
Now I'm just wondering...
Great picture of a beautiful watch! Never seen that model before, but now I have... I want it! ;)
