When I got my PRS-3 the bezel was very stiff, so following Eddie's advice a couple of drops of baby oil did the job.
Of course, when one of my colleagues found the bottle of baby oil in my desk...

I never remember the date and need my watch to remind me. This is the only reason why I don't wear my Speedbird more often (roll on Speedbird 3!) and why I haven't yet purchased a PRS-14.
