I would also suggest the seiko sxk 013 which is really great, my former wife used to wear one and she could not break it. And it is just as nice as the SKX007...

It might be a little late, but have you considered building your own speakers? It might turn out more expensive then getting a good deal on a pair of used speakers, but for me it was great fun...
Poor you, but then this must be quite a while back or someone at customs ripped you off.
Goods bought in the Uk should not require that one pays customs within the EU
My girlfriend got me a Mido

it's a watch I have been lusting after for quite a while and then...
I am really struggling here. I already had gotten a very nice offer for the Mido (560 Euro) but ...
I have never bought from Rakuten and I am a little skeptical about buying from somewhere where I...
Damn you ;-) now that you said that, this particular Mido is out of question. I never noticed it, but now I cannot ignore the day/date window ;-( But thank you, I am sure I would have noticed later...
is there any way to google translate rakuten? I seem to struggle with it
Well, it is not the customs that I mind, it is paying 20gbp to be able to pay customs and VAT that I object deeply to.
I come from Germany and there you also have to pay a fee for paying the import...
Thank you for the suggestions!
Well, I do really like the Seiko and the Mido and I kind of miss a dressy dark dialed watch since my new job will mostly end up with me wearing shirts all day long....
I will apologize beforehand if this is a little to WUS like. But I do like being here!
This year has been rather exciting for me. I finished my PhD, bought a house, found a new job and I am about...
If I would by any Seiko diver and use it for surfing, I would take it of the bracelet and put it on a Nato strap. That way you can change the looks very easily from kind of sporty to a little more...
Welcome to the forum Lars.
I am very thrilled to know somebody else from Copenhagen is now on this forum ;-)
But remember, pics, or it didn't happen...
If you can figure out how to select the size, you could buy more here

I always have been very happy with the straps from timefactors. I also found that RLT watches as a gigantic selection of Nato straps. To be fair, I have been less then impressed with them when I...

I would love to buy my wife a white dialed precista, but she says she has enough watches ;-(
About the Nato straps. If I understood you correctly you cut of the part that goes behind the watch.
You...
if the other ones are not what you looking for, have a look here

My wife also has a Christopher Ward watch, and she loves it. Since she got it, she has been neglecting her other watches...
Sometimes I am tempted to borrow it, but the strap keeps me off ;-)...
Depending on where in Germany that store is, I would fly there, maybe bring my spouse, by the watch, have a lovely evening and enjoy the city. Being German, I have to say, Germany is a nice country...
I also only can recommend Rob, he has a really nice selection and I like how you can choose the bracelets straight away. I also think, for within the EU, the prices are quite competitive. And if...
Uhh, now you got me curious! Did you get hit by the custom charges as well as this really annoying fee for paying the customs?
I own the Christopher Ward Trident and though it is not my favorite watch I can only say, if you like it, buy it. If you are not in a hurry, you might want to wait for their Nearly New sale, if I...
Arrived yesterday and I love it

I did a quick google search and stumbled over a thread in a german watch forum and I must say this strap...
Not living in the UK I have some silly ideas for you ;-)
One is to go with DIY speakers, its actually great fun and reasonable easy. Especially full-range speakers are great for dialogs.
I build...
