Not long now!
The grey Panama seems to go with everything and the lighter colour reduces the appearance of chunkiness that the lack of taper can cause in the darker colours.
I have been wearing one on my 36mm...
I think that it a grey Perlon might be worth trying.
Just for info - I tried a 22mm one of those and wasn't impressed at all. It was very flimsy whilst at the same time being scratchy.
Excellent!
I have an unworn brown one just like this ready to go

Thanks!
I have a selection of Panama's ready and waiting :unconscious:
Any chance of a picture of it on brown Perlon Rev-O?
Do you have it one of these?

Having compared the 29a and AM side by side I think that the milky ring looks about the same - far less obtrusive than the Everest.
I am really looking forward to the Expedition.
Sorry, instead of quoting the exact differences I simply put 'slight differences in dial and case design'
Its amazing the difference a couple of mm can make.
The milky ring doesn't really do...
Here's a side by side of my Everest and 29a
Both 36mm, both with milky rings. Which looks bigger?

Well, the 29a of course. Small...
I think that a generic, non rivet, oyster style might be preferable. The 'faux' element of the rivet version kind of puts my off anyway.
Even better, a genuine Bonklip might look and feel good. Im...
On the whole, most people probably don't mind a milky ring.
Its interesting to compare the Everest and 29a side by side. The milky ring doesnt seem so impactive on the 29a's dial.
There has been no mention of a black dial Expedition so far.
Have you taken a look at the PRS29a?
I agree, they are horrible things that ruin the symmetry of the dial and are of questionable use at best.
Some super pictures there
The main drawback of the sapphire crystal (IMO), the milky ring, works in favour of how the dial appears on this one, preventing it looking too big.
Eulit Panama is my favourite. The Krystak is OK but a bit thin and I dont like the weave of the Palma. Also - it has to be the old style buckles, they may look a bit flimsy but Ive never had one fail...
Looks far batter on a strap to me.
I have a new black Perlon waiting.
20% looks good to me
As a matter of interest has anyone fitted shoulderless springbars to theirs?
If so which ones?
Black Eulit Perlon
Would be interested to see 20% too.
Looks splendid
Great to see these white dials getting closer
