Ignoring Tudor specifically, for a moment, that's really not what one would expect from Harrods.
Complacency, i.e. "we're the best so we don't need to try", affects every business, it seems.
That's weird.
The (apparent) motivation for keeping stuff like hang tags is to reduce flipping to the grey market but if there are, in effect, no hang tags available ever then it can't make any...
