Sorry to hear that Eddie. I guess that whilst it is a tool watch hommage the looks are a bit more dressy and perhaps with less appeal to TZ stalwarts. Time to look to the Caribbean!

I was thinking of a black minute track on the linen dial but gilt surround on the raised hour markers and handset.
Pretty much like the white dial IWC up the thread.

Drawn between the black waffle and the linen dial on this one. Having seen the gilt dial Everest I think the linen dial would look incredible with gilt handset and markers. It could work on the black...

From the first renders I was set on the waffle dial, but now the linen looks good and would balance out my predominately black/grey dial collection. Not sure about the contrast date window though. ...
