Just under 7. It’s not small or large tbh, there is a very thin bezel and all dial which makes it seems larger, but still a nice case size. It’s thin too (for Panerai) at around 1cm thick

It’s actually brand new. This is the new just released 42mm model. Boutique only and 500 units, not even on the website yet as official launch is next month I think.
