Thanks, I’ve always shied away from Ducati due to their electrics and service costs. How was the V2 to own? (120 bhp is enough for me!)

I did big miles on my Honda NS125f when I was an 18 year old student. Once rode from Southampton to Cardiff with my now wife on the back in a snowstorm. From memory I did about 25k miles that year...
I would say so yes, but 150 miles either way wouldn’t be significant for me.
It was my knees that limited time for me, but could manage an hour or more before having to stretch! I am really tempted to go back to 2 bikes and get one of these and a 1200GS instead of the H2 SX.
Interesting, I found the 9T ok, and would be very tempted with the Triumph, that green is lovely.

That mileage is impressive on a 125. I did about 15k in my first year on one, but I was 18 and it was my only transport!

My only advice would be don’t get another boxer. I had a GS and an R9T and they were too similar in engine characteristics to make an interesting difference.
