Loving all of those. You have a very good eye for styling and merging the different pieces, as it only takes a small thing to throw the whole thing out.
So nice. Wish I still had my old Z650 when I see that. The Z series incarnate!
Looks like TT100s on there! Nice looking bike Kev, I'd leave the paint and see how it looked. :encouragement:
Jeez, don't know how you find enough hours in the day!
Nice work, but why did the piece in picture 3 start off much thicker than needed? I must be missing something?
End result is great though.
Very nice, reminiscent of the Phil Read helmet design. :eagerness:
Very nice :eagerness:
I like the colour on the tank, are you leaving it that way?
Also like the look of what I presume is the battery box! Looks like one of the old hard rubber batteries with a...
Advice on fitting the new filter and exhausts was to let the bike idle for 10-12 minutes for the ECU to learn. No advice on the booster plug, but then it functions by telling the bike the ambient...
So (:icon_biggrin:) fitted the new seat and seat cowl, ECU booster plug (gives 5-6% more fuel on acceleration for smoother take up) and DNA Hi-flow filter.
Booster plug, simple plug and play...
Nice one :eagerness:
Is this on the new steed?
Nice box of goodies arrived today.

New single seat and cowl, DNA air filter and stage 2 cover (a metal plate!) and a Fuel Booster plug in to give a...
Today's job was to fit the new nearside silencer and refit the offside with sealer in both joints. Had to adapt the universal brackets supplied by bending for the correct offset. Also needed to drill...
Cheers Andy always liked that shape from years ago!
Ha ha ha I know what you mean!
Lots more to do yet, but enjoying making it my own style. :eagerness:
Well finally got the new silencers for the Enfield Interceptor. And made a start today to get them fitted!
This is the standard can, a bit fat and contains a cat in each one.
...
Ssshhhh ffs!!
(they don't but don't tempt fate!)
Saw a video on You Tube of some guys in India using that stuff to make the rims capable of going tubeless on an Enfield. Looked quite plausible.
Nice, had a 650 B1 back in the day. Red with a Laser 4-1, lovely little bike!
Liking the look of those bolts!
Those are some classy looking wheels mate.
Like the process and fabrication going on here. Do you need to weld this back together in the centre or will it still function as is?
Looking good! Roland Sands do some nice parts.
I remember white lettering my tyres back in the day, and searching for the best stuff to do it with, which invariably came from the USA, via John Woolfe Racing or similar for an extortionate price....
