This is at 75% LTV.
Cheers but mortgage done. 5 year fix at 1.19% as I reckon interest rates are on the up.
Cheers I did this and it turns out my report is in the 'excellent' band with one provider (Equifax) and 'fair' (but 1 point off 'good') with Experian. What dropped the Experian score was 8 hard...
Thank you. Seems like it is due to my address. I do know that due to issues with onerous leases and cladding quite a few foreign residents in this development have simply allowed their properties to...
Very sensible however this is the lease deal thread after all.
As a heads up there are some really good deals on the Tesla Model 3 Long Range. Like £440 or so per month on a 9 + 48 profile with 5k...
Guys looking for some advice. I have no missed payments or anything over 10 years, never had an issue getting finance including expensive cars like Range Rover etc. Indeed 2 weeks ago I was approved...
I posted that on the 17th October 2016. Suspect that Cayman offer is Long gone and she'd be on a new car by now :)
Surely though if you have over committed and can't afford it any more they just repossess the car? They can try and chase you for the delta between what is left on the finance and what the car is...
I was tempted to do this on my Velar but the baloon payment is more than 50% of the car price so I'm guessing I'd never be 50% or more into the finance on this right?
I guess if you're in a position to pay in real terms £900+ A month for a Tesla the £25 per month extra for the road fund is chump change:)
Thought I'd stumbled onto a belter today. PCP deal of...
Works out at £906 per month all in which is a steal for that car and you can pay £38k at the end and keep it. You'd pay around £250 a month more for a BMW M5 and the Tesla is in a different league....
Tesla Model S 75D with enhanced autopilot. £10k down. £698 P/M, 48 months/10k miles per year.
Of all the cars I've looked at in this class the Volvo makes the most sense, plus i think it looks great. Likely to be our next car too
10k per annum

Maserati quattroporte gransport v6d £5500 deposit and then £550 a month. Personal contract hire. Price includes VAT. 2 year deal. Seems bloody cheap to me considering car value
Anyone seen any offers on the Tesla Model S or X? Tesla directly aren't offering a single pound in discount and want 6% APR on the PCP deal so I wanted to check out any alternatives

I've just been offered what I think is borderline insane deal on one by the Audi dealer I bought my A6 from 2 years ago. They are offering the 3 litre Q7, panoramic roof, S Line Spec, couple of other...

Any decent deals on a 911? Also an Audi Q7 for the missus as she's taking her driving test on the 9th May and will be able to drive after then to take our son to nursery
