I’ve lost 3 kg since April, using Mediterranean diet mostly, still trying to keep off carbs. Eat hardly any bread or potatoes, olive all with everything...even my porridge :eagerness:
Great job well done. I lost a stone with no carbs but it’s crept back on. Going on an olive oil diet from Tuesday, see if I can shift a stone or two by June?
