I had the F10 M5 and you are quite right!
Lovely colour.
Indeed it is. I have become reacquainted with torque steer!
Nice Merc BTW
Kept the DVLA busy this week with two bikes and a car out, and one bike and a car in.
My commute is about to quadruple in distance so it was bye bye to my M5 and hello to this very green thing!
...
Love that pump!
Fantastic garage!
I am weighing up a 996 Turbo purchase at the moment. I would need to sell both my motorbikes to free up the garage space, but suspect opening the door to see the turbo badge...
Dreamy! Looks great.
I had my M6 and e30 together a couple of years ago. Having two of the same is always a winner.
Picked up a new car for my wife this week. We have been a one car household for the past year but the limitations were starting to grate.
I usually go for the most powerful model whenever I get a...

Two bucket method FTW
Indeed it is. Good spot.
Less noisy than my old e63 M6 too!

Finally picked this up today from the local dealer. Really great to be back in an M again!
Pound for pound still one of the best handling cars around! I loved my Spec D and was a muppet for moving it on so I could get into M cars....
Want one of those. The TD5 engine is one of my favourites.
Very nice!
You need to track down an E39 M5 next ;)
Not sure I agree that the CSI is an M8 in all but name. No M car should be SOHC to me, but still, I’d be more than happy to have one to keep my E30 and E63 company in the garage.
Agreed about the...
E31 is a beautiful car.
Such a shame they never made the M8, however an 850CSI would do nicely.
Having had an E24 and now an E63 M6, I really would like to try the one in the middle so to...
Great car!
I drove my e30 323i auto to work today. It’s a 50 mile round trip and it never misses a beat.
Along with the Mk2 Golf (I’ve had 4) the e30 is one of the most well-built and practical...
Sounds even better with the Eisenmann exhaust!
Picking this up on Friday (apologies for poor iPhone picture):

My old one says hello

I have something similar with the stainless exhaust on my BMW 635CSI - just other people waving etc and listening as I burble by.
And your user name now makes perfect sense!
Minty - absolutely love it :)
635CSI auto. I drive a mint original 1989 Mk2 Golf GTI 16v as my other car, so my comparator is not a modern vehicle when I say it drives SMOOTH!
That's the one :)
As of yesterday, this bad boy:

That was a common conversion after sequential rotor-tip failure. Shame, as the car really deserves to be held in much higher esteem given what a technological tour de force it was.
You're doing...
