Wait til you start driving it with the heater on
Pictured shortly before it broke down.
Not pictured : all the driver modes and tech that doesn't work yet.
Such underrated cars. I used to run a VX220 and many of my mates had elises / exiges. One is now running an ND and says it's just as much fun but waaaay easier to own.
Terrible photo.
Deeply impressive car. We are loving it way way more than we thought we would. In fact it's the first car my wife has every said she's loved. Who says electric has no emotion?...
Really interested in your experiences as the i3s is the only elec car that appeals and i'm really close to replacing our wee car (currently a fiesta st) with one. Specifically how's the ride? As...
I'm no polisher but ceramic really worked on my evora. Made it much easier to clean.
Was it worth £600 (inc the correction) .....ummmm not 100% convinced but it did make it much shinier.
They are so under-rated. I ran a vx220 for 9 years and i can't help but think a breathed on mx5 would give as many smiles without a lot of the heartache.
Lovely - that doesn't look very standard
That zagato is lovely, hopefully it's not hiding the same horrors that harry's did
:D i was worried about that, esp as i live in glasgow and it's got keyless entry etc. But thankfully it's a "benefit" of me WFH and the car not moving from my garage.
My mates often joke that...
Not having a job at the start of a pandemic really focuses the mind....and made "us" confront how sensible it was to have an M2 in the garage to do 2k miles a year. Especially given the cost of...
Swapped my much loved Lotus evora for this a couple of months ago

Doesn't quite hit the highs of the evora but...
Great history there! How you enjoying the V6 exige?

My 3.5 year old fits in the back with the passenger seat a few clicks back from fully forward.
Not an mpv but fine for kids. I've even fitted the Mrs donkey in the back. She didn't really...
Not bad at all.
The only big expense is a clutch and that last from 40-60k. Clutch itself is cheap but you need to take the engine out to do it. Think £2.5k. Other than that the oily bits are...
After 4.5 years i've made the painful decision to put this beauty up for sale in Jan

So if you've ever fancied one then get in touch :(
Hi steve :D Many memories of that car ;)
I had a 1.6 turbo for a while. I got a lot of abuse for it but i really liked it.....right up until it exploded on the motorway. Great value for money. Thankfully the 2.0 is (apparently) bomb proof...

To get more back on topic.... I've been fortunate enough to have this sight for the last two years.....

I find the criticism of the "less real" porsche, masers etc quite strange. No they aren't the romantic cars that make purists go all misty eyed....... But they are a fair chunk more interesting than...
Yup same username on .org been on there over 8 years and had the car 7.5. Didn't make it to the national though as it was the weekend after a bit Scottish Elise event.
Used to have plans to...
