They are more obvious with those 19 inch rims, much less so with the original 21 inchers.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20221027/7b782cb7180667a5c6d5c3f5e4103fd2.jpg

Just curious as to the rim size? I thought that the red calipers indicated a GTS, which has 21 inch as standard iirc, but the rims look smaller.

Are those 21 inch rims?
I totally get that. I drive slowly in sport plus mode just to hear the exhaust bark [emoji16][emoji16]

This arrived last week, very pleased with it, a big step up from my previous iteration. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220920/b5cb60cea093c7ee9fb39bb908914192.jpg

Loved the 205 back in the day. I well recall standing in the street in Hove replacing the alternator in my gf's auto 205, with tools borrowed from a neighbour. On way back to Gatwick a few days later...
The "fridge/freezer" went to WBAC today, happy with the price, and have a build slot for June for the Macan. Hoping for delivery in July, FX.

After 5 years on TZ it was kinda inevitable...... The polar opposite, in driving experience, to the XC90.

Through many golfs in the past I never had tornado red, but always wanted one. A mk2 GTi with the smaller bumpers would be my dream weekender. Esp 16v.

If you have to ask why for a 69 you ain't doing it right.
Lovely SUV tho, enjoy.

I have 3 kids under 10 and the Macan was way too small. No prams or buggies now but still tight for space, especially if mammy is along as well. The XC90 allows 3 side by side in the middle row, a...
I do like that colour, and a cracking car. I ran an "S" for 18 months and loved it, sacrificed on the alter of space and safety for the kiddies.

Sadly JLR still have big reliability problems, will never have one again. Top 3 least reliable SUVs in WC ranking. XC90 a reasonable cost white good

That is gorgeous.

Macan goes tomorrow to be replaced with this. Sensible head has kicked in, 3 kids and a big dog made the Macan impractical, and the performance made it a penalty point generating machine....
Is that a w124?

I picked up my V6 petrol Macan about 8 months ago. The car has been almost faultless and a hoot to drive. It is swift away from the line but amazing from 30 through 70. It feels very solid and oozes...
Lol I will get Alexa to remind me.

Having just read this thread, I wonder how bad were the posts that you deleted?

Absolutely agree, 911 is a grail for me that I doubt I will ever attain. The perfect sports car thay has gently evolved over the years. Bit like the submariner?
