I use to find with a group just banging out 12” pizzas it was full on but this approach of pop round Sunday for a drink and pizza / garlic bread nibbles worked so well....
I did try rice flour but could not get on with it so went back to Caputo semolina.
I had some cracking little pizza whilst away a couple of weeks ago and adopted these at home for pizza bash last...

Fantastic but of kit with consistent results. It doesn't have the theatre of my wood fired Clementi outside but equally as good on the taste front.
