I liked this a lot. Brutal though. You can tell it’s the same director as Brawl in Cell Block 99. (Which seems to split opinion on here, but I also liked).

This sounds like an odd recommendation, but Baywatch was a lot better than expected. Some great banter between The Rock and Zac Efron, and all very tongue-in-cheek.

Watched A Dog's Purpose - it was pretty much slagged off by the cynical critics, and it was certainly shamelessly emotional, but I thought it was very good, particularly if you've ever had a dog....

We were very disappointed in this. Loved the look of it, but the storytelling was pretty poor. Didn't really grab us.

John Hughes films are fantastic, and despite being very American, cross the Atlantic surprisingly well.
