Mine stayed at a steady -4 to -6 seconds/day on my wrist, which was a little too slow for me. I opened the back & nudged the regulator screw & it's now at +0.5 second/day.
It fits fine. As with the PRS-29A, there's no contact between the Klip's endlinks & the PRS-48's case.

We shall see soon enough (just received the shipping notification), but if the PRS-29A is any guide, there will be room to spare w/no rubbing between the Klip's endlinks & the case.
IMHO, the most appropriate bracelet for the PRS-48 would be a Bonklip or similar (as pictured on the A.F.0210. page here), not a dive/Oyster-type w/endlinks, etc. I don't have a vintage Bonklip, but...
