My wife and I saw "Into The Woods" on Sunday. If you like Musical films and Sondheim, it's excellent. Meryl Streep is superb, she steals the film!

So bad it's good!
I watched "Under the Skin" last night. It's damn fine, really European in it's slow, unconclusive and enigmatic way and to top it all, we get to see Scarlett J in the buff.
+1. Wild Bill is superb.
Has anyone seen Upstream Color?
The Hunt by Thomas Vinterberg. Monsieur Lazhar by Philipe Falardeau. Both excellent.
I watched "Thirst" by Chan-wook Park last night. Really amused me, all the way through...a vampire film with a difference and features the amazingly tasty Ok-bin Kim as the sexy Tae-ju.
I loved...
+1 about Disconnect. Well worth a watch.
On a totally different subject, I watched "The White Ribbon" by Michael Haneke, on a plane coming back from Kiev this afternoon, totally blew me away....
I now have "White Ribbon" for my viewing pleasure and also now "End of Watch" for the Mrs.
We watched "The Paperboy" recently. It's a grimy, seedy film which is really well directed, great...
I have it on DVD and love it to bits. Also I have "Once Upon a Time in America". Sheer genius too.
