Did my first park run today and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Tough underfoot conditions after some heavy rain.
Was just over 29mins, 4th in my age bracket.
Had a bit left in the tank so hopefully better...

First run in just over 4 months, rattled out 5.5k.
Was quite hard going but a beautiful morning in the Highlands 😀

Great effort on the half marathon 👍🏻😀

Went out in the pouring rain this morning for 7.5km, felt pretty good apart from the school boy error of not wearing a base layer and my nips are hanging off 🤣🤣

I had the flu at work and was bed ridden for two days, still not fully over it, but need to ease yourself back in.

First run in just over 3 weeks today, been a real busy spell at work and confined to sitting doing paperwork and in front of a computer.
7.7km in the wind and the rain and felt great...

16.1km so far this week, went out on Tuesday and had to stop and walk as I had a shooting pain right up my groin, out last night to try again and still pretty sore.
Anyone had a groin injury and...

6.4km this afternoon, it was blowing a hooley [emoji3]
Bit of a struggle but got there in the end.
Golf tomorrow hopefully so no run [emoji3]

2 runs this week so far, Weather not been great and felt pretty crap my self.
10.6 and 12.4km.
Was surprised at myself this morning after 4 or 5 large drams last night, lovely Glenlivet though...

6.4km this morning, beautiful day in the highlands but the pavements were really icy, don’t think the gritters had been out yet.
If I’d known they were that bad I wouldn’t off went out to be honest....

5.4km today, was absolutely Baltic, ground was frozen solid [emoji3]

Well master Mackenzie arrived on Wednesday night, mum and baby both doing well [emoji3]
Had loads of visitors today and more expected tonight so slipped out for a run, 9.1km, time not great but was...

6.7km today in absolutely lethal conditions, got a call from wife when feeling good to go for a bit more distance saying she’s in labour, hopped back home and away to hospital [emoji23][emoji23]

Same again this morning, wind chill was -5, due to be -11 tomorrow up in the Highlands, I’ve got my limits 😂😂

7.8km this morning, was icy underfoot again but stuck to pavements.
Never felt that comfortable, but the job is done now.

8.5km this morning, running around the canal was lethal with the ice, but felt good today.
Only had one glass of red last night with my dinner thinking about a run today, before I would of finished...

7.6km this morning, the struggle was real, legs felt like jelly early on then I felt sick.
Lots of walking in between running.
Was freezing again this morning so had the leggings on again 😂😂

Leggings, one of the best things I’ve bought for running, makes a massive difference in my opinion, especially in the winter months [emoji1303]

7.3km this morning, was -3 so was absolutely Baltic to start with, but I soon warmed up.
Was thinking about just staying on my feet as the pavements were icy.
Its done now though 
